Default looking for GE MPA programming service

programming service

I am looking for someone equipped to program one each GE M-PA System VHF
and UHF portables. Purchased with their commercial frequencies, they
need to be reprogrammed for 2 meter and 70 cm amateur bands,
respectively; i.e.:

-- currently -- ----- need -----
VHF 146-162 Mhz 144-148 Mhz xmit w/ wide recieve
UHF 440-470 Mhz 420-450 Mhz xmit

I'll have specific repeater and ARES-RACES frequencies to put in as well

let me know if anyone can do it and at what cost, or perhaps recommend
someone

I am in NYC

thanks!
