That's not what I remember... in fact there was only one seat in the
car so I don't know about multi-ops. It's not like we were best
buddies tho. I know he would drive out in the desert and operate
alone. The top photo was a typical location.

If you could find it I would love to see it.

The car was something else. He bought it new from the local
Lincoln-Mercury dealer and when it wouldn't pull the load he had them
yank the engine and hot rod it. Of course what he needed was more
torque and they stuffed a bigger cam and multiple carbs in it, etc. so
it was actually worse. He then had a '56 Lincoln engine installed.
This had to have cost a relative fortune.

He had truck tires on the rear and extra leaves in the springs,
especially the right side where the pole pig transformer resided.
