Default WWVB - date?

Huh? My WWVB clock informs me that today is "7-11 SU".
The hh:mm:ss is accurate -- just the date is wrong.

Can anyone with another WWVB clock confirm either proper
or improper operation in the time signal(s)

tnx es 73

Mine shows the correct date and time, suggest taking the battery(s)
out for a bit and then restarting it so it can truly re-synch.

Any chance the leap year is set incorrectly?

Batteries!! Several of you suggested *that*.
Well, DOOH! It never occurred to me!! HI!HI!
After all, it was an Xmas present from my wife -- Xmas of
2001, IIRC. The batteries are/were the original "Pacific
Rim" AAA's that came in the package...
That probably was it. I just changed the batteries -- I'll
see if it locks up and sync's up with WWVB overnight.

I guess I was just waiting for one of the LCD segments to go dim
to tell me the batteries needed changing. I guess _I_ was dim.

Silly me for thinking NIST had a problem!

tnx for the replies,
Jonesy

You hadn't noticed that WWVB was running at 61.00000000 KHz?
