Need help with Antenex NMO 144/440 antenna

Need help with Antenex NMO 144/440 antenna

Anyone have one they can help me with? I need resistance readings of the
bottom loading coil. Center to ground at the NMO mount, and center to center
top to bottom. Mine shows open for all tests. The coax to the base is fine,
but the antenna just dropped dead?
