Measures volts from 3 to 1000 ac and dc volts, 1 mA to 1000 mA DC and resistance. This unit is in excellent condition. Also included is a 2nd non-working unit. The non-working unit has a free movement. I did open up the inside and it is clean with no evidence or of abuse or arcing. The ranges a 1, 5, 15 and 150 volts. This is a working unit in nice condition.
