I've always taken that slogan to be less literal. Question:"How can I save a large program, it won't fit on a floppy disc?" Answer:"You can buy one of these CDRW drives and put it in your computer." Question: "How can I communicate with my family when we are in a crowd?" Answer: "There are various options. You can buy one of these CB sets, or you can buy one of these FRS sets, or there are allways cellphones." In other words, the questions will be about the products, or useage, and the answers are the products to solve those questions. It is just a marketing slogan.
