I have the FT-817ND and I read various places that using the front BNC
connector draws less current than using the rear SO-239 connector. This raises two important questions that don't seem to be answered elsewhe 1. why is this? and even more importantly, 2. is there any penalty for using the front connector instead of the rear (or vice-versa)? -- Dave * N3WTK (DM04xf) * http://isi.mtwilson.edu * VE |
