DR AL Link has re-done the UREGs equipment condition numbers and IT
WORKS....Take a look at ..... http://www.uregs.org Read thru it!
It will lower your numbers a little but will allow very honest
judgment... Im thinking the traders nets out here in Texas will use it.
It turns all my 8.5 radios into 8-'s but thats ok as long as we all
know what it meants...quickly an 10 is NEW UNOPENED a 9 is AS NEW
Opened but virtually UNUSED...aka mint. and 8 is Excellent, no
scratches or scuffs... and so on.. Take a look , this will work if we
