did you find out if there is a battery in your dj-160 ?

after sitting unused for 4 years or more does not turn on at all. I replaced the
external Battery. I used a meter to see if the battery had any charge and it does. I plug in the external charger into the radio but still does not turn on. Anyone have a suggestion on where to look or do???
