Recently acquired a Millen 90651 grid dip meter in very nice condition.
While checking the meter, I found the dial calibration to be off a bit more than I expected - when tuned to 10.105 MHz, the dial reads 10.7. Haven't checked the other ranges yet, but wonder what the others see as typical dial error? The manual doesn't mention the accuracy. According to the schematic, there are no adjustments internally for calibration and so I expect that adjustment of the individual coils is the only resort - correct? -- 73, Floyd - K8AC |
