Has anyone ever succeeded in controlling a pcr-1500 from a linux box? The
controlling software per se runs smoothly inside the dos/windows emulator "wine" under linux, but is doesn't "see" the USB port. Three options in front of me: - write the USB driver under linux (pain!) - cheat and use a tty (com) driver and redirect it on the USB port (not sure the controlling software would cooperate...) - find someone who already found a solution and is willing to share... I'd love the third option.... 73s from sunny Italy, -- Alex SWL I2-57354 |
