As far as I know, the 746 uses non-volatile memory and there is no
back-up battery. Dick- W6CCD On 6 Jun 2006 07:44:30 -0700, wrote: Can anyone describe what kind of memory back up battery this radio uses? How easy is it to replace, etc? thanks! |

It is 50 megabytes, so I can't eMail you a copy! (It may also be available at www.mods.dk.) I did a quick search, but didn't see a battery. It may use non-volatile memory so a battery isn't necessary. 73, Fred, K4DII |
