Default 8875's

I have a Dentron MLA 2500 that runs the now obsolite 8875 ceramic tube and
I'd like to know if there are any other tubes that are pin compatible with
these?

Thanks,
Mitchell

8873, 74 and 75 are not only pin compatible but electrically as well.
Of course only the 74's can be found and they are "expensive. They are
axially cooled just like the 4CX-250s so it'd take modifying the
system to pressurize the tube socket area to get suficient cooling.
The 8874's do have 400 watt plate disapation if you put enough air on
them.
