"Astronomer Predicts Major Earthquake for Japan, Other Experts Express
Doubts" (AP) posted: 03:40 pm ET 15 September 2003 http://www.space.com/scienceastronom...on_030915.html "Earthquake damage widespread" The Yomiuri Shimbun 27 Sept 2003 http://www.yomiuri.co.jp/newse/20030927wo24.htm -- Well, it happened. Blind pig finding an acorn, or repeatable science? This technique was also described in the Fall 1990 WHOLE EARTH REVIEW (not on line) in an article _Radio Earth: The Radio-Seismic Connection_ which has an extensive bibliography citing peer-reviewed science journals. May I suggest that hams in seismically sensitive consider building appropriate receivers, log the data to computers and report the results? |
