PM5131 & PM5326 - User & service manuals ?

Hi,

I'm looking for user and service manuals for these 2 equipments:

Philips PM5131 0.1Hz-2MHz Function Generator, and

Philips PM5326 ...-125MHz RF Generator.

Any help (by mail, email, bird, etc...) whould be very much appreciated.
Mail expenses on me, of course, if that is the case.
