On top of a $500,000 investment, Earthlink has just invested another $3.5 million. You folks who are Earthlink subscribers are helping to pay for the BPL investment. (See http://www.dslreports.com/shownews/41140) So why don't you put some action behind your anti-BPL rhetoric and walk away from Earthlink? Any ham who opposes BPL while s/he continues to use Earthlink as an ISP has to be viewed as a very large hypocrite. Yes, but at the same time, Earthlink is spending millions to bring suit against spammers. Don't toss them off the truck just yet. I think they can be redeemed. I'm 100% against BPL. Let's convince Earthlink to be the same. Earthlink will do what is popular, legal, and profitable. The big question is: How do we let them know that what they are doing with BPL is not going to work? I have to say that if you only post here, they won't hear your complaint. Have any of you contacted Earthlink yet about BPL? Hmmm? 73, Dave KZ1O |
