I agree it would seem that K1MAN has choosen an odd undertaking in
choosing to fight the FCC as he seems to be bent on, but such things
are still the lawfull choice of american's

Intelignece is only useful in making decision when it is allowed to
make them. K1MAN has made an emotional one to stand against the ARRL
and FCC, that he has seemly had some success over the argues that he
can't totaly lack intelgence

right after the R&O ending code testing goes into effect, whcih by my
best guess in the RRAP pool 1 APR 2006, but occour whn it in fact one
that date or a bit later I have the general writen CSSE next time
opertuninty I'll pick up the extra class one and attaen a paper work
session that willscheduled when the FCC publishes the dates on the
Final R&O
