Default New use for radio.

Hi All;

I found this forum while looking for AM radio schematics, and chips. I use radio for an entirely new purpose. I randomly tune an AM radio electronically to generate a random source of "raw" audio. I send the "raw audio" to an echo chamber via speaker, and record the resulting audio with a mic in the chamber. Spirits, and other entities use the audio bits in the chamber to form their voices and messages, which can easily be distinguished from broadcast fragments. Most of the time the voices are distorted, but there are many that most people can hear, and understand. I have a site for sharing information, http://franksumption.tripod.com .

There should be at least a few here who have seen the moive White Noise, well that's what I do, but in a more advanced form. I've been doing this for six years, and I haven't been eaten, possessed, or scared to death. It's hard to get people interested in this becuase of Hollywood scare movies, and the skeptic/debunkers out there. Most miss the point that the quest for this device started with Edison, a well respected inventor.

The tuners I use, so far, are removed from older digital car stereos, and are voltage tunable. I make my own random voltage generator to make the tuning voltage. Then I record on standard cassette. The older tuners are getting harder to find, and the new tuners are tuned digitally, using an internal serial bus(I2C bus), not compatible with my system, so I'm trying to develop my own AM receiver. The goal being to produce the system on a single printed board.
