Default LA's ex-W6NUT linked to Lotus 440?

Hi, I'm in San Diego and I've been hearing the infamous Los Angeles repeater
W6DEK 147.435 (former W6NUT) retransmitted on 448.940 MHz. Searching the
web indicates that Lotus ARN owns these '448.94's in a couple of places in
SoCal.

Does anybody know if W6DEK has linked up with Lotus's repeaters or maybe
bought them out I haven't heard any news on it. I seem to be able to hit
the 940 repeater but it doesn't relay to the 435. Thanks!
