Hello,
I have been racking my brain trying to locate a back-issue of either "CQ" or "QST" from the last year or so. The article was about a guy who designed his own software to use in conjunction with packet radio, to support a bike race. Does anyone reccollect what article I'm referring to? I would be very greatful if you could steer me to it. It actually was a two part article spanning two issues. Thank you Mike KD7VRG |

Hi Mike
It wasnt perhaps "Paket" was it? I remember that this had a logging mode for some kind of sports function. Dont know if it ever got into CQ/QST. It was written by a VK back in the early 90's. Havent tried to find its distribution point. It was primarily for running under DOS and DesqView with TNC only devices (ie via a serial port) Cheers Bob VK2YQA Rufus T.
