This website has appeared here a number of times before, so it is hardly
"new". It's main purpose seems to be to peddle an amplifier which violates
97.315 and 97.317 ... in fact, it seems designed to maximize the number of
subparagraphs that may be violated in a single piece of equipment. The
website owner appears to be a U.S. based manufacturer (Illinois).
