![]() "William Hightower" wrote in message ink.net... Is this news group down? He won't see this reply. He is an Earthlink subscriber, as am I (Netcom is an Earthlink company). For the past several days Earthlink's news servers have not been updating messages. Only a very few groups work, the rest have no messages newer than about 8 December. You can download existing messages and post but new messages just don't show up. I've been using Google groups and am now using a freebee Teranews account. Earthlink is a godawful provider but one hears horror stories about most of the others too. -- --- Richard Knoppow Los Angeles, CA, USA -- Posted via a free Usenet account from http://www.teranews.com |
