Default BY1-1 and 01-043A RF Transistors data need

Hi All:
I have some transistors of RF BY1-1 and 01-043A, but I do
not have its data sheets. - Somebody can say where to find something
to me on this?
Thanks in advance
Greetings

Try NTEINC.com for a cross reference for the 01-043A transistor.
NTE-349 looks close, and the PDF for the device is available online.

The other part (BY1-1) seems incomplete, is there a Z or T after the
1? I think that was an older Acrian RF transistor. Those look like
REPCO part numbers.

RF Parts shows the BY1-1 in their catalog. Perhaps they might be
able to give you advice regarding the nearest cross reference if you
email them.

Hello Peter:
Thanks for your aid. The BY1-1 is a R.F. transistor for P.A., made by
CTC, but I do not have but data. -
It will continue looking for. -

Sorry:
The transistor is BYI-1 L
I Believe it is a control bias for the RF amplifier.-
