BY1-1 and 01-043A RF Transistors data need
Hi All:
I have some transistors of RF BY1-1 and 01-043A, but I do not have its data sheets. - Somebody can say where to find something to me on this? Thanks in advance Greetings Heriberto LU6DBU |

The other part (BY1-1) seems incomplete, is there a Z or T after the 1? I think that was an older Acrian RF transistor. Those look like REPCO part numbers. RF Parts shows the BY1-1 in their catalog. Perhaps they might be able to give you advice regarding the nearest cross reference if you email them. Pete k1zjh |
