RSGB failed to send a number of issues to ZL members this year, and
suggested I "borrow a copy from my friend". His didn't arrive either.

That the RSCB is a shambles in the background while the directors are
forever spin-doctoring shows up a parallel with the Labour misgovernment?

In any case, is it not a matter of fraud if a contract exists to send a
publication
and they refuse to correct their oversight?
