Anybody have a MathCAD, Excel, Scilab or Octave worksheet for designing with
the CD4046 or 74HC4046 PLL chips? I'm looking for something that allows one to input desired VCO frequency, offset or center frequency and loop frequency with bandwidth. The worksheet should generate the required component values. I can do this by hand but I have a lot of test cases I want to investigate so doing the calculations by hand is a bit time consuming. I don't want to spend a week doing a worksheet up from scratch if somebody has one they are willing to share. -- Regards, Leland C. Scott KC8LDO Some links to PLL design softwa This one is a spreadsheet application: http://www.keystoneradio.com/?n=Main.PLLDesign Download the last version of the spreadsheet to get all the improvements. This one is a web-based JAVA application: http://webench.national.com/appinfo/...ench/index.cgi An old DOS program, but seems to be pretty good http://w1.859.telia.com/~u85930032/pll.zip -- Dave M MasonDG44 at comcast dot net (Just substitute the appropriate characters in the address) Experience: What you get when you don't get what you want |
