I have a few transistors(I think) I am trying to identify.
They look like stud mounted SCRs with a 1/4-28 stud but the ohmmeter says they are NPN transistors. They were in a bag marked "servo amp transistors" no ledgable markings on the transistors. Any suggestions as to which type they maybe. Jimmie |

Jimmie M cubed makes a nifty tester that automatically identifies the leads, type (NPN etc) DC beta , leakage etc. Dale W4OP |

Sorry, they are NPN transistors. I was trying to find out what type they may be to determin there suitability in a project. I have had them since the early 70s. I also found another bag of them and they are PNP. Beta measures at about 30. Case style looks like a TO48. |
