Help I need a 490-510 uH coil

I need a varaible 490-510 uH coil. any sugestions on making it at home, or beter step by step directions. thanks in advice, beginer  73 |

Need some additional info first. What kind of coil and what are you using it
for? I am building one transistor colpitts oscilator, it will act as BFO for my AM radio so I could receive SSB. |
