Default Jacks for voltage adaptersreceptacles?

I got a bunch of ac to dc voltage transformers that I saved over the years
after the appliances that used them got replaced, e.g., toys, wireless phones
etc. Is there a source of purchasable jacks that accept these things since the
jacks are different sizes?

Thanks,
