Default Testing ceramic tubes

Acquired about a dozen 8122 ceramic tetrodes (400 Watt dissipation, 500 Mhz
max) pulls from a broadband EMC amplifier. I have no use for them other than
trades or ebay.
Anyways, I'm thinking to test these things for emission I make a socket
adaptor from the 8122 to something octal that my Hickock tube tester might
deal with say a 6146 and test it as such. Won't know pass / fail but at
least I can get an idea if they are all about the same results and weed out
any duds.
Anyone ever try such ?

We on R.A.T. use those in keister-kickin' audio amps - how much? Would you
consider trading for other tubes?

Well, this is the second newsgroup where no one has told you how to test
them but has offered to buy them instead, so let me suggest a procedu

- Sell the tubes to Gregg at a high percentage of the "tested" price.
- Promise to take back the bad ones.
- Count how many come back.
