does anyone know the spec of the rf power tr. PT9783???

Gain? power out? max ft.?

He has datasheets and appears to be able to answer inquiries for you.
Did i mention google is where i found this. Great search engine for most
anything. You should try it sometime.
Actually i didn't look any further then this so search again you might have
even better luck.
