hi there..

i have a rf power fet i need to id..

its only marked up SON-Y DIGITAL..i guess thats the manufactuer, but when i
put it in google i get no joy..
no other marking apart from date and BeO warning.

any ideas if this is the manufactuer , if not who and web site??
