There's a vote happening that could be of interest to you if you are a
user of amateur radio groups. If you are, add uk.net.news.announce to
your list of subscribed forums - there you'll find the Call for Votes,
which has instructions of how you can express your interest (by voting).

If nothing else, the cast of characters arguing for the staus quo should
be entertainment enough to pique (peak?) interest...
