I'm looking for info about the following components.

NEC 7F71RA (VHF tetrode from TV TX)

3SK183 DG-GaAsFET

The 3SK183 seems similar to the CF300 and 3SK97. I
would like to be sure about the pin-out, before I
power it up.

The only info I could find about the NEC 7F71RA
