Have you tried the ARRL Radio Amateur's Handbook?

... Hello I am searching a schematic for a RF power amplifier using transistors (Bipolar or FET) that will work on the amateur HF bands (e.g., 160 through 10 meters). Thank you for your help Manu The best references for RF transistor amplifier design are the Application Notes and Books by Helge Granberg, K7ES (sk). Helge worked at Motorola and passed away at age 63 in 1996. His Motorola application notes (AN762, AN749, AN758, AR164, AR347, AR511 etc.) include the theory, schematics and PC board layouts for construction of several different designs. Motorola use to publish all of Helge's Application Notes, but I have not seen these on the Motorola web site recently. Some of these Helge's Application Notes and Motorola Engineering Bulletins are available he http://www.communication-concepts.co...tion_notes.htm Many of Helge's designs (PC boards) and hard to find parts are available from Communication Concepts http://www.communication-concepts.com/ He co-authored a book "RADIO FREQUENCY TRANSISTORS Principles and Practical Applications 2nd edition • 290 pages" with Norman Dye. This book is available from RF Parts (www.rfparts.com) and other book dealers. RF Parts also routinely handles international shipping. http://www.fetchbook.info/search_Hel...By_Author.html Some HF kits (RF Electronics -Lee Martin, KD4YBC) are also available for export http://users.aol.com/rfelectron/rfelect.htm http://www.qsl.net/gm0uhc/page6.html Mike Grierson, G3TSO designed a 140W RF amplifier that appeared in January 1992 issue of RadCom (contact them for a back issue) His web site does have photos. http://www.qsl.net/g3tso/HFLinearFrameSet1.html http://www.qsl.net/g3tso/images/Schematics/sshflin.pdf JA0TJU is an excellent resource and reference for "broadcast style" RF amplifier construction http://www.ginzado.ne.jp/~hamradio/tju/2c3286.htm Pieter Ibelings, N4IP has a web site for construction and references Helge Granberg and Joel F. Paladino, N6AMG (sk) work in QEX ad QST. http://www.ibelings.com/n4ip/mrf157.html Dave Powis, http://www.qsl.net/dl4mup/UKW45/UKW45_w.pdf This should get you started on some research.
