Default Schematics needed

I am looking for schematics for a few SCADA type transceivers I recently
purchased as surplus.

I would like to get the schematics for the transceiver so I can modify them
to work within the Amateur radio frequencies.

The transceivers I have currently operate on 172 MHz.
Markings on the transceiver are as follows:
Model # 030261-0114
Unit GND

Please let me know if you are able to help with this matter.

Thanks

With many companies, they are not up to speed on their email
responses, and a phone call in addition may yield more results.

Happy trails,
