I have an incredibly tight drive control on my ts 520. Does anyone
have suggestions for lubricant and where to put it on the rod? Do I
lube the chains, rod, etc?

hello greg,

no need to lube the chains or plastic gears the chains mesh with.

Is the drive control similar in tension / resistance compared to
the plate ? if so should be ok, not like the volume or gain pots.
