Default need CRT

I need to replace the CRT in my Tenma 72-6602 oscilloscope.
It goes by two numbers. They are 75AWB31 and C312P31B.

Googling finds no one who sells them and very little info.

Anyone have a spare laying around or know of a more common
substitute? I would like to swap for or purchase outright.

Any help or suggestions appreciated.

Try a Google search for CRT suppliers. Can't recall the name of the one I
found, but there were a couple that are able to cross reference the numbers
and can tell you which of the two is actually the CRT number.

If you can further cross to see what type goes in a H-P 1222A scope -
and find a match - I've got one of those here free for the cost of shipping.

That should be H-P part number 5083-3872

http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/crts.html for common CRTs.

http://www.sphere.bc.ca/test/hp-crts.html for HP CRTs.

FWIW, the manual calls it a HP Nr. 2090-0032 with an errata sheet
changing it to 2090-0031. They've probably changed numbers several
times since then.

Thanks, I'm collecting as much of this information as I can and creating
a database to post on one of my websites. I know some products go
though a number of changes as design changes are made. Sphere has some
CRTs in stock, but a lot are listed as "sold".
