Calling all TV repair men - VSP9427 wanted

I'm trying to locate a VSP9427B I/C manufactured by Micronas, it's used as a
front end video decoder in wide screen TV. Does any one know what make and
model uses the chip? I'm looking for one to build a frame store (freeze
frame etc) for amateur TV use.
