Hi the

I am looking for resources to obtain schematics, pc layouts and such
for solid state RF amplifiers. I am interested in everything from 6 meters
up to 432 MHz.

I know there is someone that advertises in QST but the May issue of
this year did not have them in the advertising section.

I am looking for amps that work off of 13.8 volts and anywhere from
100 watts up to about 150 watts output. Any information that you might have
would be greatly appreciated.

Check out Communication Concepts Inc.(CCI) They have many of the
Motorola Application Notes and Engineering Bulletins, written by Helge
Granberg and his RF engineers at Motorola, on solid state RF amps. CCI
also offers parts, etc.
