After spectacular 2007 Outburst, a-Aurigids shower is likely to return to its normal level of annual activity (ZHR around 10 hr-1). a-Aurigids peak is expected to occur August 31, at 19 UTC. Among other minor showers, September Perseids (maximum September 9, 03 UT), daylight ?-Leonids (maximum August 25, 04 UT) and d-Aurigids (broad maximum around september 28), are characterized by rather low ZHR so they will unlikely be distinguishable by the sporadic meteors background. It will be a very first time EME 2m operation from Suriname. Closer to the trip MMMonVHF will try to setup more details about the EME operation.
