As you may be aware, in November 2010 a review of the RAC Field
Organization was begun to research and reform many aspects of the ARES
in Canada. We have been meeting regularly by teleconference, and I
would like to thank the many volunteers who have come forward. I am
especially pleased to announce the following appointments:

Chairman of the "Mission" working group (WG) - Garry Jacobs VE6CIA -
Section Manager Manitoba (Advisor - Doug Mein VA3DM)

Chairman of the "Training Specification" working group (WG) - Allan
Boyd VE3AJB - Section Manager Ontario (Advisor - Ian Snow VA3QT)

Chairman of the "Census" working group (WG) - James King VE3ETZ
Secretary - Peter Wetton VA3PRW
