X103.9 San Bernardino Announces Format Change

All-Pro Broadcasting has announced that Alternative X103.9 KCXX Lake
Arrowhead/San Bernardino CA will drop its format on Tuesday, December 22 at
7:00am. KCXX has been Alternative since 1995. However its 180 watts at 548
meter signal was unable to make a major ratings dent against Anaheim
Broadcastings Active Rock 96.7 KCAL-FM and the two Alternative stations in
the adjacent Los Angeles market. KCXXs ratings have held around a 1.0
share. While no new format has been announced, rumors in the market expect
something Rhythmic to debut. Program Director John DeSantis wrote the

Denver Sports 760 To Launch January 4

iHeartMedia has confirmed that it will flip Real Talk 760 KKZN Thornton CO
to Denver Sports 760 KDSP on Monday, January 4. The new format will feature
a mix of local hosts with an emphasis on the Denver Broncos and Fox Sports
Radio programming. Dave Logan and Susie Wagrin, who co-host the afternoon
news block on sister News/Talk 850 KOA will add a 10am-12pm talk show on
KDSP. Logan also is the longtime play-by-play voice of the Broncos and a
former NFL player. Another KOA host, Andy Lindahl, will also pull
double-duty as afternoon host on 760 from 3-6pm. Lindahl

Hawg Rolling Into Central Arkansas

Crain Medias 99.1 KRZS-FM Pangburn/Searcy AR will gain its third format of
2015 on Christmas Day. As first indicated in our 12/11 Daily Domains, KRZS
has confirmed it will flip to Classic Rock 99.1 The Hawg at 12pm on Friday,
December 25. KRZS previously flipped from News/Talk to Classic Country 99.1
The Stallion in June.
