On this episode, Christian welcomes Larry Scantlan. Larry, KE0KZ was the
driving force behind the effort to pass the Missouri Amateur Radio Parity
Act. MARPA's H.B. 1951 mirrored the U.S. Congress' H.R. 1301. H.R. 1301 was
widely promoted by the ARRL. In the end, both bills died in Senate. So,
what happens now? We'll find out how Larry plans to pick up the pieces. Or,
