Does anyone know of a source for statistics on other types of FCC
licenses, such as Marine Radio Operator Permits, Restricted Radio
Operator Permits, General Radiotelephone Operators License, GMDSS
Operator, etc.?

I'm sorry - I did find out that it's no longer available on the public
ULS lookup site but the WTB does keep those statistics. You may want
to call the FCC/ULS Customer Support Hotline - 1-877-480-3201 - and
ask. them.

If you want information about a specific license, it is available for
public lookup on the ULS.
