Let's he ja sing this weekend when the Omega One Freq is jammed to the likes of which ain't been heard since the days of KV4FZ and the 14.313 Mike an Judy Show. Just watch....and listen starting tomorrow. It's gonna be worse than when the Kalamazoo Kucu-Koo fires up his 3-holer on top of Krazy Karl on 14.275 ! HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! - HO! YOU BETTER NOT THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CATCH YOU...THOSE ARE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FREQUENCIES......AND JAMMING IS ALSO ILLEGAL AND A VIOLATION OF THE COMMUNICATION ACT OF 1934.....OR PERHAPS YOUR BITCH WHORE, NAZI Sorry, dude. You're wrong again. You can't do a damn thing about interference, because Part 15 says that you have to accept it. Here's a direct quote. Let's see you weasel your way around the following: --(begin quote)-- 15.5 General conditions of operation. (a) Persons operating intentional or unintentional radiators shall not be deemed to have any vested or recognizable right to continued use of any given frequency by virtue of prior registration or certification of equipment, or, for power line carrier systems, on the basis of prior notification of use pursuant to § 90.63(g) of this chapter. (b) Operation of an intentional, unintentional, or incidental radiator is subject to the conditions that no harmful interference is caused and *that interference must be accepted that may be caused by the operation *of an authorized radio station, by another intentional or unintentional *radiator, by industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) equipment, or by *an incidental radiator. --(end quote)-- You'd better take a close look at 15.15(b) above, where I put asterisks in front of the important portion. The paragraph clearly states that, if someone else puts an intentional radiator on the air, and it causes interference to you, the law says "tough ****, BITCH WHORE NAZI." (It doesn't say it quite that way, but I wanted to put it into words you'd understand.) Capiche? It means that YOU must accept intereference from authorized station and that you can not interfere with authorized station, it doesn't give a bunch of ****ing retarded ham operators the right to go out of their band to jam a station for their own sick perverted reasons....BTW I'm sending this post along with the other post to the FCC....Like I said I just move Todd N9OGL OMEGA ONE RADIO 13.556.00 LSB |

It is an intentional radiator, and it must accept all interference it experiences. I'm glad to see you calling the FCC's attention to your illegal Part 15 operation and even giving them the exact frequency on which their monitoring stations should listen. You're just like the talking bird who gets out of its owner's house and sits in the yard yelling "Here kitty, kitty, kitty!" ---- In message . com, N9OGL bragged about his radio station with the claim, "the stations far away say there is no signal but the audio is really good." |
