Hmmm.. Here it is 18 days later and if you really did mail a card I'd
have it by now..

Boy am I suprised... Or do you not know how to find my address from the
call sign because your call book dates back to 1960?

QRT

It was mailed with a SASE and had a couple green stamps in it too. Damn
snail mail. Well I ain't sending you another one. Hell, you probably got
it and are hoping I'll send another card and more green stamps, then
you'll probably tell all your friends you worked me twice. You Asshole.

Damn nickel hams, you just can't trust'em. We need to get code speed back
up to somewhere between 15 and 20 wpm again. 5wpm lets too many crooks
in.

Quibbling, are we? If you'd like a QSL card I will send you one of mine.
Of
course I will not give my name or callsign on Usenet because of idiot
lurkers such as Mark Morgan and Roger Wiseman.

Oh you mean this one, Lardass Lloyd Davies???

Glad to help.

Darn, and it would have been my first CW QSL card too.... However, I
think the chances that the postal service lost the thing are much
slimmer than the chances that you really didn't mail it.

By the way.. Green Stamps? You got to be kidding... I haven't seen a
store giving out green stamps since the 70's... You must still have
green shag carpet in the shack and some plaid leisure suits in that
closet if you think green stamps are going to impress me. Now vintage
radio gear is nice, I've owned and repaired a some that dated back to
the 50's myself, but dude you got to catch up a bit here. That much is
obvious..
