On 19 Feb 2007, the Big-8 Management Board decided to create the moderated group rec.radio.amateur.moderated. The group was created on 22 Feb 2007. The announcement on the 18th was sufficient notice of the creation of this group. Continued announcements to RRAP are not amateur policy related, i.e., they are just spam.
