They kept me and others out by giving required to get your ham liscence phony ham tests in addition to the real test, claiming it was also part of the real test, marking correct answers wrong, and then claiming that wrong answers were the correct answers. A decade or so ago, I heard of what you are describing occurring in NY. Even made some papers, never did hear how it all worked out, got busy with some important aspect of life I guess. But yes, I have heard of that happening ... I suspect it has happened somewhere at sometime. Be interesting to see what can be found on the net relating to such practices. JS |
