You really need to just put every licensed hams callsign in the complaint.
Because that is who will be affected.

OOPS! Maybe this is the move that's on.....If unlicensed stations and entities are
afforded no interference protection, then CB is unprotected. Eliminating licensing
from ham radio would also eliminate any and all interference protection!
