Default ARRL plan, coming to fruition?

The League won't stand in the way of anything if it will allow dumbing down
the hobby, and now their plans are further moving forward. Pretty soon
one won't even need to take a written test for a license. The League would
never propose this openly, but they won't object when someone else does.

Hey League BOD: Thank you for dumbing down the hobby assholes. You were to
work to make things better, not worse! New definition for the ARRL
handbook: Dummy load: A bunch of hams in the back of a pickup truck.

Could you provide any facts, not your opinion, to back up your statements?

Correction: A bunch of Post-Restructuring, Post-WRC03 hams...
